How do I receive my digital download files?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to download your high-resolution files. You can also access them anytime through your account dashboard under 'My Downloads'.
What formats are the printable files provided in?
Most of our printables are provided as high-quality 300 DPI PDFs or JPEGs, optimized for standard frame sizes to ensure professional printing results at home or at a local print shop.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally cannot offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience any technical issues or are dissatisfied with the quality, please contact us and we will make it right.
Can I use these designs for commercial purposes?
All designs at PRINTABLE WITH Lisa are for personal use only. You may print them for your home or as gifts, but reselling the files or using the artwork on commercial products is strictly prohibited.
What paper do you recommend for printing?
For the best results, we recommend using a heavy-weight matte cardstock or high-quality photo paper (at least 200gsm). This ensures vibrant colors and a professional finish that lasts.
Do you accept custom design requests?
